For me whenever I am looking at shopping on-line a number of key areas essentially should be in place.
I actually have a dislike for klutzy, slow to load, websites that just make the entire process too drawn out.
Let’s face it, we shop on-line for speed and convenience because of the mad pace of life we have to confront in today’s reality. So whatever it is that becomes a chore is totally painful, even more so when we might be intending to spend hard earned cash there also.
So when I was told to do a review of Ed Hardy my first ideas were “ok let’s see what you got!”

Another thing I like to check out as part of me reporting on a site is I like to find out what the company are about.
Do they have a concept or is it purely about diversifying and “cashing in” on the online market.
Ok I am happy to say that Ed Hardy do actually care about what they do.
Yet another site to include in the list.
In my recent experience I have found most online shopping sites and Ed Hardy are no exception, do have a genuinely different ideology to customer relations than virtually all traditional stores.
Even if this is created by the fact that the power is in the hands of the shopper more than it was before with the online shopping example but I also believe that in the fresh medium of the internet there is a consciousness that does recognize the shoppers, and that a higher degree of service and paying attention to detail is required to hold the customers attention.
A retailer is only ever a mouse click off from turning off the customer.
Well enough about the online shopping concept, how about the workings of the Ed Hardy site itself.
I found the website to be really user friendly. Maybe not absolutely perfect but is anything? Certainly a slick and easy browsing experience. Catalog, selections, information also top notch.
When I was there they had a “Use The Promo Code” promotion on for a limited time.
Really funky website. Stunning models and shots.
Fantastic sale on T’s and they have a complete sale section thats positively worth a look!
I just really loved looking at all the gear-really well displayed.
Checkout operation, extremely fast, smooth and protected.
Really assured feeling, as a visitor to the Ed Hardysite.
As a side issue, I believe that in dealings with all reputable websites now, the whole matter of credit card fraud is a non issue.
You can shop with peace of mind.
I’m not saying just hand over your details anytime anyone asks but with this standard of online store and virtually all online shopping sites, the risk of credit card scam is pretty much zip.
So my verdict on Ed Hardy:
Ed Hardy is an excellent online store.
Shopper friendly
Terrific cross section of products, styles and looks.
Simple to browse, select etc.
Shopping Cart process first-class.
